From the Beatles to Motown, from Disco to those beautiful ballads, "Love Songs of the 70's" is the perfect soundtrack to an amazing decade.

On "Love Songs of the 70's" I stayed true to these original songs "feel" while adding a few of my signature sounds. You will hear a bird chirping on "Blackbird", while on "What a Fool Believes" I doubled the piano occasionally, with the sounds of a flute to mimic the breathy voice of Michael McDonald. "I'll Be There" has a bit of Hammond organ... classic Motown. "Tiny Dancer" was originally written for Elton John's seamstress; here I play it for my precious daughter Tiffany, who is a musical talent in her own right, and who, at about 5 foot even, is our own "Tiny Dancer."

This was a very personal project and brought back many vivid memories and feelings. I hope it will bring back many for you and help you create new ones as well. My sincere thanks to you music lovers, good friends, and fans who have been so supportive and encouraging over the years. Enjoy!
